In Memory of John Sibley

Long standing member and Club Secretary, John Sibley died on 4 November 2025.

John Sibley was for many years the guiding force behind Wetheral Bowling Club.  He was tireless in his work to maintain and improve the Club.  John became ill at the start of the 2025 season. He was eventually diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.   His health declined rapidly until his death on 4 November 2025. In memory of John, club members donated £250 to the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
