End of Season Review
Wetheral made a strong start to the season and stayed near the top of the league. However, some poor results in the second half of the season meant we could only finish fifth on equal points with fourth place Caldbeck. We won 7 out of 12 matches and the most successful skip was Hazel Jefferson with seven wins.
The team captain ensured that there was always a good gender balance in the team and that every member who had signed on to the squad played at least one game.
Team spirit was excellent throughout and everyone contributed their best in every way. That's what made it a great season.
